Training as a Spiritual Healer
There are many people who wish to be healers, as many feel in their hearts that they may have a gift
or just wish to help another soul in need of healing or guidance.
Some will feel out of step with life and at times over-sensitive to the point of tears, yet in their
hearts they wish to be of service in some loving way. If this is you it may be an indication that
you have not yet found your true spiritual path and that your soul is aching to express the love of
spirit - whatever reason that brings you onto the path, doesn't matter though. What matters is that
you try to honour yourself as this will in itself eventually bring you peace, as healing given with
pure love is soul-satisfying
To be a healer is a very natural thing - what you have to decide, is how to go about it.
Firstly, the best opportunity is to start healing with animals around you, family members and friends;
this will give you confidence and allow your guides to start working with you.
Even if you don't understand how it all works, it doesn't matter - just keep motivated, as this
will help you to make your decisions as to whether you train with an organisation or stand alone in
your healing. Either way your guides will work with you, as they are not concerned with these matters.
What I would like to say is this: your guides will ask you to use your common sense and form a
spiritual and earthly code of conduct, so they can protect you against situations that could put
you in a vunerable position.
This is where we can help you if you choose to train with an organisation. The church is linked to
the Healers' Practitioner Association International, which is low cost and gives you a recognisable
certificate after training and offers insurance as a practising healer. Alternately, if you do not
wish to join an organisation and still wish to learn or sit in a healing circle or attend healing
workshops, then of course we will still help you, as we believe everyone should make their own choice.
If you have questions please contact us and we will do our very best to point you in the right
direction.
